Katie Hoff made a run for her own 400 Free American Record and finished slightly off pace in 4:02.32, a new Olympic Trials meet record. Kate Ziegler made her 1st Olympic team by placing second in a 4:03.92, out touching Club Wolverine’s Allison Schmitt (4:05.05). Caroline Burckle led at one point during the race and finished 4th after a 4:05.09 race.
