Olympic Trials - Women’s 200 Breast Semifinal

In the 1st semifinal of the women’s 200 Breast, Keri Hehn grabbed the first finals spot with a 2:26.51 swim. Megan Jendrick finished 2nd in 2:26.94. Caitlin Leverenz 2:27.15 was 3rd and Ariana Kukors 4th in 2:27.26.

Rebecca Soni became the top seed for tomorrow’s final with a 2:23.05 finish, to easily best the field. Amanda Beard’s 2:25.43 was fast enough for the 2nd overall seed.

Laura Sogar notched a spot in the final after a 2:27.90 as did Elle Weberg with a 2:28.08 swim.
