2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Men’s 200 IM Final

Markus Rogan finished off the first night’s individual events with a 2:01.75 win in the men’s 200 IM. Todd Patrick hit in second (2:02.40), with Alex Vanderkaay’s 2:05.56 rounding out the top 3.

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Women’s 200 Free Final

After an impressive 800 Free performance, Chloe Sutton hopped right back into the pool for the women’s 200 Free final. And like the 800 Free, she emerged victorious with a 1:59.52 swim. Dagny Knutson grabbed the silver in 2:00.02, followed by Jasmine Tosky’s 2:00.85. (Told you she’d be busy tonight) Olympian Kate Ziegler finished 5th in 2:02.44.

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Women’s 200 IM Final

Liz Pelton made it to the wall in 2:14.54, winning comfortably in the women’s 200 IM Final. Dagny Knutson hit second in 2:15.64, followed by Jasmine Tosky’s 2:17.08. Felicia Lee finished 5th in 2:18.85.

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Men’s 100 Fly Final

Top qualifier Mathias Gydesen posted a 53.34 to take 1st in the men’s 100 Fly final. Wu Peng claimed second with a 53.68 performance, touching just ahead of Mark Hsu (54.71) and Alon Mandel (54.73)

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Women’s 100 Fly Final

Jasmine Tosky (1:00.73) used a very strong final 50 to overtake Felicia Lee (1:01.21) and win the women’s 100 Fly final. Angela San Juan Cisneros completed the top 3 with a 1:00.13 swim.

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Women’s 800 Free Final

Chloe Sutton ran away from the rest of the 800 Free field, en route to a very comfortable 8:29.31 win. Olympian Kate Ziegler touched second in 8:43.40, while Eva Fabian took the bronze with a 8:48.13 effort.

Trojan Swim Club’s Markus Rogan (Austria) leads a competitive men’s 200 IM final on the back of his 2:06.75 swim. Alex Vanderkaay earned the 2nd seed, hitting in 2:07.17, just ahead of Todd Patrick (2:07.29).

2010 Columbus Grand Prix – Women’s 200IM Prelims

NBAC teammates Liz Pelton (2:15.51) and Felicia Lee (2:17.54) went 1-2 during the 5th heat of the 200 IM to both qualify for the ‘A’ final tonight. Liz earned the top seed, while Felicia qualified 5th. Filling in some of the field, Dagny Knutson qualified 2nd in 2:17.54, while Jasmine Tosky (who will be very busy this evening) snagged 3rd in 2:18.75 with Erika Erndl locking down 4th in 2:19.10.
